THE TWISTED ROAD

History remembers what was written. It forgets what was hidden.

In the final days of his ministry, Jesus of Nazareth entrusts his legacy to two unlikely witnesses: John the Apostle, commanded to record a secret testament dictated by the Messiah himself, and Mary Magdalene, chosen to carry the truth through spoken word. But as Mary’s testimony begins to shift and fracture, and John’s mysterious document vanishes into silence, a question echoes through the ages: was the truth ever meant to be known?

Beyond Judea, in the rising city of Antioch, a formidable woman moves to reshape the world. Claudia Severa founds a powerful sisterhood devoted to the Great Goddess, determined to challenge the growing influence of a new faith. When she crosses paths with Paul of Tarsus, a battle begins—one not of swords, but of belief, legacy, and power.

From the shadows of ancient empires to the courts of Napoleon Bonaparte and the stage of William Shakespeare, a hidden war unfolds across centuries. Its final reckoning looms in a future where the last great empire totters on the brink of collapse.

Some truths are sacred. Others are dangerous. And some were never meant to survive.
